
It is the truth! Spizza pizzas are our favourite pizzas! From A-Z they teach us the alphabet and give us plenty of yummy ideas for toppings. Last Saturday, the good chefs from Spizza came down to conduct an ultra special lesson with our parents and children for 2010's first Big Chef Little Chef!
Judging from their chuffed expressions, everyone was absolutely pleased with their pizza and happily finished everything they made! Not a crumb was left!
Here's what they made :) Tuck in!
Ingredients for pizza:
Hawaiian:
120g pizza dough
30g tomato base
20g mozzarella cheese (shredded)
15g of cooked ham (turkey/pork/chicken)
30g pineapple chunks
Margherita:
40g mozzarella cheese
30-40g tomato base
Pizza dough:
2 teaspoon of dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
3/4 cup of lukewarm water
1 3/4 cups of plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Baking instructions:
1. Preheat oven at 150-180°C for 15 mins
2. Bake pizza at same temp. for 10-12 mins
(if on bread, bake for 5-6 mins)
